I came here for Harry Styles Love on Tour last week and everything was great! The staff was very nice and helpful (they even decorated the reception and the hall with pictures and a card board of harry which i LOVED!). The room was quite small but comfortable, overall it was more than enough for a couple of days! Breakfast was also great: a lot of choices between salty foods and sweets. Last but not least, if you plan on going to Wembley Stadium the position is AMAZING, it took us about 5 minutes to get back to the hotel after the concert! There are tube stations surrounding the area to get to the center of London, we personally went to Wembley Central (which is approximately a 10/15 minutes walk from the hotel) and took the bakerloo line which can get you to some of the main stations in the city center (piccadilly and oxford circus, paddington etc..). Overall it was a very nice experience, hopefully i’ll get to come back!

Since the minute we checked in, staff were so lovely and welcoming. Luckily our room was ready to check into early so it gave us time to do some shopping around the outlet and get our bearings. We had breakfast and dinner here one morning and one night, the food was tasty nonetheless although a little pricey for Ibis. The rooms were basic but comfortable, clean and met all our needs throughout our stay, anything we asked for was never any trouble. Even on the day of the def leppard and Motley Crue concert, the staff had decorated the reception area with rock memorabilia and played the classic songs which we loved. A real lovely hotel and fabulous staff, will be back!!!

Windows can be opened which is always a plus for me. I did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot provide any comments. Staff was very nice, check in and check out were quick an efficient.

we were going to see harry styles and the location was perfect, the staff were brilliant getting in the mood, the lobby was decorated with harry styles stuff and playing his music so made our over all experience fantastic. staff very helpful and polite. room was small and clean, basic but did us for what we needed. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice,

The location was very nice just next to the bus stops which were just a few stops away from the metro station and Wembley stadium. A lot of shops and restaurants in the area as well as shopping outlets. Loved the area. The hotel was clean. The staff was amazing specially Ms. Adrian. Overall very good experience
