The location, breakfast, the friendliness of staff. I could go on forever! Breakfast is a cooked buffer breakfast morning 6:30-10am, with sausage, bacon, egg, hash browns, tomatoes, mushrooms, beans, you can do toast aswell, with optional choices of cereal and fruit/yoghurt, choice of hot and cold drinks. They also have an evening menu on the main ground floor at the bar. The all around comfort of the building with security there at all times, the room we had was a perfect size for the time we stayed. Facilities were amazing. Sink as you open the bathroom door, with hand wash fixed to the wall, toilet in front of you as you open the door (not too close together), a walk in shower (with a slight step into bathroom I almost missed on the first day). Already has hair + body wash attached to the wall for use, and a conditioner too. Even had a hairdryer, although I took my own. And you have access to an ironing board if needed, plus extra pillows, and a 32" TV fitted to the wall (which I walked into more than once, don't worry, I laughed too, and I was sober the whole time!) Plenty to do around Wembley itself. Cinema , restaurants, a treatz diner/takeaway and more! And tried TGIs for the first time on Monday night, absolutely amazing! (Photos are of room 1412)

I travelled to London to attend a concert with my son. We were located on the 11th floor. I am disabled and getting up to the 11th floor was very easy via a lift. The room was clean, comfortable and big enough for the 2 of us. The views from our windows were spectacular especially at night. The staff were welcoming and very helpful, upon check in we enquired about breakfast the next day as wasn't able to add this with the room type we had. We were told about the hotel bonus scheme which got us 20% off of our breakfasts. The breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from and it was hot, the coffee was just how I liked it too. We normally use another hotel chain but was unable to as was fully booked. We will definitely be using Ibis hotels in the future if they are available where we are going.

We were asked what floor would you like. My reply was 12 please. Went up in the lift and found our room. It was much bigger than the last time. It was great. Other people of all nationalities were on this floor were all friendly. We decided not to have breakfast but one evening we did have a supper. That was superb. The rest of the holiday was fabulous and yes we did have a view fro. our window which was lovely. We were close to a large shopping centre and prices were great. Thank you Ibis Wembley to all the staff for making our short break so enjoyable. We will be back soon.

Great room, extremely convenient for Wembley stadium (and arena). Clean, quiet, lovely staff and even the other guests were very polite. I'm a lactose-intolerant coeliac so feeding me is always hard when out of the house. We had complimentary buffet breakfast and my son and husband had the usual cooked items with juice and pastries. I was offered gluten-free baps, which were utterly delicious and could have bacon, beans, ham and fruit with them, so great for me, too.

We stayed here for the Carabo cup final, its location in relation to Wembley is fantastic. The reception, dining and bar area are modern and comfortable. The staff were excellent the bar, reception and in particular the security staff did an amazing job in managing two raucous sets of well served football fans with a calm and common sense approach. Check in and out was super fast (we used the pre check in). Would definitely stay again if visiting Wembley.
